This weekend the food and wine producers of the Rutherglen and King Valley regions in Victoria are taking over the bars, and kitchens of some of Canberra’s best restaurants for a ‘Taste of Two Regions.’
The Winemakers of Rutherglen have shared some Muscat cocktail recipes, so you can mix it up at home.
The Rutherglen region is renowned for their fortified Muscat wines, the classic sweet Australian liquor. This weekend they are mixing it up – preparing contemporary cocktails as part of a Muscat Mixology class at Monster Kitchen + Bar.
